Many patients have had tooth whitening before, and have been disappointed with the results, or have found that after a few years, their teeth have gone back to their original colour. Some patients have even been put off whitening due to sensitive teeth, or worse still have paid for the whitening, but have found it too painful to continue.

Our whitening system is a fitted tray proven in trials to outperform the world’s best selling home systems. The system has set a new standard for the professional teeth whitening category. It represents an evidence based evolution in home whitening technology consistently outperforming the sector on both whitening and sensitivity. The unique tray design concept gives a complete seal, and has been independently verified to outperform other systems.

Do it once! Do it right! Smile with confidence with Wansbeck Dental Spa's whitening system!

How is our system different?

The difference with our system is the results.  Tooth Whitening works by increasing the tooth's permeability to oxygen which breaks down stain molecules. It is a combination treatment meaning that there is a 2 week home treatment followed by a one hour visit professional treatment at the practice.

Q: How white will my teeth get?

A: Tooth Whitening can whiten your teeth by up to 16 shades. Results vary, but if used correctly all teeth will whiten dramatically.

Q: Will they look too white?

A: No. Natural teeth rarely look too white. Sometimes very white crowns or veneers can look too white (as seen on many celebrities especially in the USA), and people often confuse this with excessive tooth whitening.

Q: Will my crowns, veneers or fillings change colour?

A: No, sometimes you may need to change some of these after tooth whitening.

Q: Is there pain or discomfort?

A: You may get some temporary sensitivity, however we will give you some easy to use desensitising swabs to take home, which work immediately.

Q: How long does it take?

A: Once we have given you your tooth whitening trays, we will ask you to use these thin, comfortable trays to whiten your teeth at home overnight. Then, on the 15th day, we will book you in for your second treatment at the practice. This will take just 40 minutes.

Q: How long does it last?

A: The results can last indefinitely with some very simple maintenance.

Q: Is it safe?

A: Completely! The materials used in Tooth Whitening have been used in dentistry for over 100 years.
