I have been a dental hygienist for 17 years and love working with the team at Wansbeck Dental Spa and Implant Clinic, and have been with Dr Varaich for three years. I have lived in Hull most of my life, but last year moved to Stoke-on-Trent. I believe in Dr Varaich's principles of patient care, and her dedication to quality so much that I felt I wanted to travel to work here. I therefore remain in Hull during the week, and travel to Stoke at the weekends. I have worked at many different practices over my 17 years as a hygienist, and can say with experience that here at Wansbeck Dental Spa and Implant Clinic, the care and quality is exceptional.

I thoroughly enjoy my profession, and am dedicated to providing my clients with the utmost care, particularly those who are nervous of treatment and need care to regain their confidence. With this in mind, I can use my qualification in hypnosis for those who are extremely anxious to overcome small worries or even extreme phobias regarding dental treatment. Some patients have been put off seeing a hygienist after previously having had an uncomfortable or un welcoming experience in the hygiene department, or with another dentist. My role in the practice involves treating patients with gum disease and making them aware of the effects of this disease on their general health, and therefore help improve their health, and regain a confident and beautiful smile!

I also perform tooth whitening, and I am proud of the excellent results we have achieved here at Wansbeck Dental Spa and Implant Clinic. Tailoring the whitening system to each individual makes the whitening more effective as well as financially comfortable and achievable. I am a gold member of the British Dental Bleaching Society and other professional associations, and regularly attend courses on all aspects of dentistry to keep-a-breast of new technology and advances in dentistry.

In my spare time I enjoy films and music, and am currently writing a novel.
